Do I need to connect a portal to start?

How does billing work?
Everything is billed monthly, with no setup fees. Pick your plan type — Individual, Agency, or Developer — then choose your modules. The CRM includes your plan's base agents; add more in blocks anytime.
What if I have more agents than the base?
Agency and Developer plans include 50 agents; add more in blocks of 50 for a flat monthly fee per block. The Individual plan is for solo brokers and covers add-on tools like Brochures and Email.
Does Property Management include maintenance?
